Our 'course of study' on earth is how to be true worshippers of God. Other things are extra-curricular activities. There are vacancies in heaven for true worshippers who will make their abode with God for eternity. They will have access to everything God has as they are joint heirs with Jesus Christ. The father seeks for such to worship him. God is seeking for true worshippers among men. Jesus knows the heart of the father and has revealed this truth to us.
When Jesus was ministering to that Samaritan woman in John chapter four, he made that statement that gave us a glimpse into the heart of God concerning what we are doing here on earth. Jesus made this statement with an air of excitement. He said: "the hour cometh and now is ..." This is like saying: "we have been waiting in anticipation for this moment and now, the moment has come!" This is exciting! Naturally we may want to know what the matter is. What is that thing that will cause such excitement? Jesus was full of joy as he announced to that woman that the hour for which God has been waiting in anticipation has finally come. What is that hour? It is the hour for man to grow spiritually in truth so that he can worship God as he should, on earth and in eternity. In Jesus Christ, man has the template, capacity, ability and anointing to qualify as a true worshipper.
