God can picture

God can do all things

His strength is made perfect in our weaknesses. God can make it up for you where you lack strength or oration. Moses considered his shortcomings but God assured him that those things will not matter. God can do anything.

“And Moses said unto the Lord, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue” Exo. 4:10.

Moses gave God another excuse why he should not be the one to be sent for such a task. ‘God, you know I am a stammerer’, he stammered. ‘How can a stammerer like me deliver such a message?’ ‘I am not a good speaker’. ‘Oh Lord, I am not fit for this assignment!’. God replied Moses;

“…who hath made man’s mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the Lord? Now therefore, go, and I will be with  thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say” (Exo. 4:11-12).

God’s reply can be summarized as saying “don’t worry, I will make it up for you” “I will strengthen you in your areas of weaknesses. God knows how to make it up for us. No excuse is good enough to dodge the call into ministry. Many today are still giving God excuses why they should not be the one to be sent for a particular assignment. No matter your weaknesses, his strength is made perfect in your weakness. God can easily make it up for you.

I will be with you

God told Moses: “I will be with your mouth and teach you what to say”. Moses realized there was nowhere to hide again. No excuse is tenable before Jehovah.

God is a God that knows how to make things up for his children. God will not send you on an errand and withdraw. He will be with you, take care of you and strengthen you where you are weak. He will make everything to work together for your good.

God is still in the business of making things up for his people. God sends help to his people. He does it so that no man will glory in the flesh. If your vision is less than you, then it is not God. But if your vision is bigger than you that it can only take God to help you fulfil such a vision, then most likely, it is of God. God does not give small visions. You can start small, but you should not end small.

 “Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase” (Job 8:7)

God expects your vision to grow. Your latter end should greatly increase Moses said; ‘I am not eloquent’. God does not call a man because of eloquence. He calls whomsoever he elects and equips them to fulfil the assignment.

He spared not his son

God withholds nothing from his children/servants. “He that spared not his own son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? (Rom 8:32).

God spared not his son. So, he can freely give us any other thing through Christ. What are your excuses and complaints? Is it: ‘I don’t have money’? If you have vision, money will come .God will make the provision available so that the vision can be visible and fulfilled.

God likes to take all the glory. So, he chooses people that are not able on their own and gives them His own ability. This is so that all the glory can be due unto his holy name.

Is God calling you and you are feeling unable? You are the right candidate for the assignment. God will make it up for you. Only obey.
